Weddings are for hugging

We went to koshkalet's lovely wedding yesterday. Others in my LJ friends have written more about the wedding itself. It was good to see my friends, but I didn't really get a chance to talk much, because it's always hard at wedddings and I was running after my kids. Even with C helping, Little T is one active little boy. Little T showed off his walking prowess by walking over the uneven tiles. He walked and walked and walked, wearing both his parents out. He also asked to be picked up a lot to the point where my wrists got hurt. I know I need to say no more often. Special K vanished for minutes at a time and emerged hugging some little boy or another, or holding his hand. She would have hugged little girls too, if there had been girls there to hug.

My ranch therapy thing was cancelled today.

We went to a charming birthday party. Today Little T said "more pizza" several times. It's the first time he's said two words together not in a speech therapy sessions and more than once. He also ate A LOT. To the point where other people were commenting at how much he ate. We skipped his feeding last night, because he went to bed too late last night. Clearly we need to take him to parties all the time, because he has his milestones at them.

He also says "mine." I guess I can't call him a baby anymore. He's a toddler now.

Yay for Little T! He's gonna rule the world -- okay, well, his world. :) I am so glad for you guys about how well he's doing!

Thank you, too, for telling us about these milestones. I appreciate it.

*hugs to you all*

Thank you
I just came across your blog for the first time, and I just want to say that you are such an inspiration to me. I am a college student, and I have had myclonic dystonia/essential tremor since I was eight. Everyday I wonder how am I going to live with this for the rest of my life but after reading your story, I know that if you can do it so can I. It is hard but when you accomplish the little things in your day it brings that satisfaction. I just want to thank you for sharing you story. I always worried about being able to have children in the future because of my jerks but I know I should not let them get in the way of my plans for my future. Your children are so beautiful. Thanks again for sharing your story.
