Tumors and drugs

Tired.  Slight incoherent and lots of stuff to do.  Little T's hemo apt was good.  Arm still shrinking.   Maybe at his next apt we can take him off aspirin which will help his eating.  His hemo doctor offered to do this now but considering what happened last time -- in two days his arm ballooned to twice his size and his tumor started growing again.  No way.

His tumor has momentum.  I want to keep it involuting aka shrinking which is slower but that's okay.  Growing is a lot faster and quickly results in consuming platelets and fibrinogen faster than he can produce them.  Switching from growing to involution is difficult and involves nasty drugs.  Keeping it involuting seems to be relatively simple once it's started.
